“The means of defense against foreign danger have been always the instruments of tyranny at home. Among the Romans it was a standing maxim to excite a war, whenever a revolt was apprehended. Throughout all Europe, the armies kept up under the pretext of defending, have enslaved the people.” James Madison
“A standing army is one of the greatest mischiefs that can possibly happen.”
James Madison, Debates, Virginia Convention, 1787
A standing army is an army that is maintained after a foreign or domestic threat to life or liberty has been repelled. It is funded by the extortion of local and foreign populations. It exists to control the citizens of a nation. It often uses conscription to ensure there is enough soldiers. This is contrary to a militia, which will be explained later.
When there was no wars or invasions, nations needed a purpose for armies, because when they are idle, the armies were a burden to the political leaders because they expensive maintenance. The state would use these armies to control and extort the local population, but the military claimed to be there to protect the people. This was true during Roman Times and in Europe. To this day the purpose of militiaries around the world are used to enslave the people.
Whenever a revolt was apprehended, nations would use that as a justification to start a war, a classic example being the Gulf of Tonkin, a false flag event used to justify the invasion of Vietnam. American police which are becoming more like the military. There is a thinning gray line between military and the police. The police, which are supposedly there to help protect the people are actually being used to enslave them.
One of the best examples of this is police brutality. You are 58 times more likely to be killed by a police rather than a terrorist, which goes back to the quote, because it shows you that the real enemies aren't as much as, ISIS or Iran to US citizens but actually police violence. Police and security agencies are used justify their existence on the idea they protect people, yet they have terrorized innocent Americans more than any terrorist has.
According to the ACLU, about 90% of people who are in prison, there for nonviolent offenses, 79% is for non-violent drug offenses. Many people are also in prison for life for petty crimes such as stealing a few items from a store. People are being arrested because of drugs because drug agencies will argue that they are protecting people from harmful drugs, but they will never mention all of the violence and innocent people that have been killed, arrested, assaulted, stolen from by the DEA. Aren’t you ruining someone’s life when you strip them of their freedom?
There's recently increasing incentive for private prisons use their prisoners as a cheap labor force for major corporations in what has called the prison industrial complex. Companies lobby the government to get more people in prison to get more cheap labor. Companies find more arbitrary reasons to put people in prison such as jaywalking. There's also the private prisons themselves, they make money off of people being in prison. Private prisons also lobby the government to try to get more people into prison because it pays them well. The 14th amendment of the constitution says that slavery was abolished in the United States with one exception, prisoners.
The ruling economic elite say “Well, we can't enslave people anymore. So instead, we're going to use the prison system as the modern form of slavery. We're going to find reasons to throw people in prison and then force them to work for cheap and get profits from it.” Many prisoners are in debt or need to make money for their families that they have been ripped away from and the only way to earn money is to work for dirt cheap for companies in the prisons. Companies also use cheap labor in government (public) prisons as well, they are not much better, if at all.
A lot of the drug testing kits show false positives, which means that the drug tests will say that this certain substance is a drug, but in fact isn't. About 90% of substances test positive for narcotic drugs. In theses tests, the experimenter tested air and it was positive for a drug, which just shows you that these are not accurate. Not only are they not accurate, but they are likely intentionally false in order to get people arrested for drugs when they have none.
Because the police will see that it's positive for drugs they'll say “We have to arrest you or put charges against you.” Which means that even if you are someone who doesn't do any drugs or have drugs on you or your property, you can still be thrown into a prison for the rest of your life because of a fake drug test. This is innocent people being thrown into prison.
There's also evidence that people who also have no drugs in their home at all are being imprisoned, usually this is used as a justification to imprison someone due their race, need for more prison labor, or they rebelled against the government in some way. It's not about drugs. If you truly own your body, then you can do with it as you please, that is an eternal universe law.
Here is a summary of what Bill Cooper, an ex-naval intelligence officer and author of Behold a Pale Horse, had to say in an interview about the drug war:
There are stories of police going into houses and planning drugs in the area and then arresting people for having drugs. It doesn't matter how much money you have or who you know. Any innocent person could be locked up for potentially the rest of life and have massive fines placed against them and their family for false accusations. The war on drugs is really what started the police militarization with President Nixon and the increase of SWAT teams, which was previously was used on only rare occasions. Now it is used for even the smallest crimes or even for non-criminal activity such as consuming a plant.
In the 1970s there was only a 60 raids per year and now there's tens of thousands every year. According to natural law, the right to privacy is absolute as you're not doing violence to someone or their property. Even if you have a word search warrant from the state. You have your rights and that's the way it is. It doesn't matter what anyone says no matter if it was you against the whole world.
Another one of the examples of militarization of the police are the riots at G20. Which you can see a clip at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OZyasPT1q5U The police there have MRAPs which are mine resistant, armored personnel vehicles and you see them with military style weapons, such as fully automatic rifles and crowd control, such as flashbangs, smoke grenades, and sonic weaponry. The police used LRADs which are long range acoustic devices. If these devices are targeted towards you, you could become deaf in a matter of seconds if it was targeted towards you. This is absolutely cruel. The G20 conference is a secret meaning of 20 heads of nations to discuss, essentially, global financial domination. It is headed by dictator Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, who is responsible for the murder of millions of innocent Yemenese people.
A lot of police chiefs go to Israel to train themselves in Israeli tactics. Police in Israel are not trained the same way as in America. They're trained for war. There's almost no separation between military and police because it's a highly militarized nation. There are many threats to Israel. They're being trained in Israel with the military mindset and then brought home and then they teach their cadets, the same tactics that were taught in Israel. This is not appropriate all for America, which is a much safer country than Israel. We have no neighbors trying to invade us.
In a lot of police departments around the country what’s called pre-crime algorithm, it means that even if you haven't done an actual crime, you can be suspected of a crime and have your fourth amendment violated by having all your electronic devices be searched and they can go into your house without your permission. An excellent movie that explains this concept is Minority Report.
Pre crime algorithm us often based on your social media score. If you say statements the government doesn't like, it can be used to ruin your score. If you call the police, they will know your score, and that score will determine your treatment by police. They'll see your danger threat if you score is too low. This is established almost across the entire country, although not many people know about it. This is a violation of personal privacy.
In 2014, The police stole more money than burglars did and civil asset forfeiture is absolutely theft no matter you can argue about it. If you are suspected of a crime then the police can take everything and withhold it from you until further notice, which could be years until they've concluded investigation in your “crimes”. It’s borrowing without permission. Occasionally, this money or property is never given back even if you weren’t convicted of any crime. Either by man’s law or natural law. Most of the time they use it for whatever they want, anywhere from overpriced luxurious coffee machines to military grade weapons. Why do police think they need these? These seizures in drugs and property are often done against people that have harmed nobody. In a study it was reported an average $1,000 confiscated was confiscated in each case, so this isn't going after the big mafia lords, They are going against average innocent people most of the time.
There’s an excellent video by Mark Passio that shows the cult like following of the police and military along with their mindset. Cults use four techniques to brainwash their followers and get them to believe they can abdicate their personal responsibility. Isolation, conformity, indoctrination from repetition, and trauma. They have uniforms. They discourage recruits from thinking differently. Academies degrade new officers by “breaking you down to build you up.” They traumatize new recruits to split your personality to create a new personality of an obedient slave, where you original personality is removed or suppressed. Police often times also patrol only outside of their neighbors hoods to prevent conflict with the neighbors, which makes them more likely to obey orders. Military training happens in bases far away from local supportive communities, such as in foreign countries. That or in national military bases years away from family.
IT CAN HAPPEN HERE (Katrina and Jade Helm Go here)
There is even evidence of the military going rogue on the people in America, such as the Jade Helm military exercise where the military was doing exercises to turn against citizens.
Operation Urban Warrior, is a drill where the U.S. military practices going door-to-door, rounding up people in Oakland, California neighborhoods and forcing them into concentration camps. Actors who took part in the drill yell that they are Americans and have rights while being led to the barbed wire holding areas.
Beginning in 1999, the government entered into a contracts with Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States (FEMA Camps). The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, to transport detainees.
According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists." Note than most American's can be considered potential terrorist according FBI, if you believe in conspiracies, support freedom, and gun rights.
Department of Homeland Security has purchased over 1,600,000,000 (1.6 billion) rounds of ammunition, much of which is hollow-point rounds that are not even used for target shooting and violate the Geneva Convention. The geneva convention is a convention that was proposed new grounds of how to conduct war to be less brutal (war is always brutal in fact however).
One of the best ways to see how the global “elite” of society what to steer the globe in terms of tyranny is China. In, Xinjiang, China and there's video of a journalist who goes in there and every corner of the road there's like several police officers with full riot gear, shields, and batons. There is also hundreds of cameras, every couple of feet. Everything you do is under surveillance, there's no such thing as privacy. If you even talk to anyone, it's seen as suspicious. If you want to buy a cleaver, you have to get a certain PR barcode and it's registered. There are “education” camps that children are shoved into that have 30 feet steel fences and gates, there is no connection for these children outside of school, the Chinese government wants them indoctrinated from the day the are born to be obedient citizens. They want this children isolated from others and to have no thoughts but of those that help the state. The global elite uses China as a laboratory for the governance of the world. It is a breeding ground, because they know that they can get away with it in China. Just because the Chinese police state doesn’t mean it doesn’t effect you, because we are all one.
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.” - Martin Luther King Jr.
The Chinese police state is coming to a theater near you if you do nothing about it. That’s because a small group of people control the entire world, so don’t think it won’t happen where you live, you may be surprised. It doesn't matter where you live, this brutality affects you. You need to take actions yourself.
The video I am referring to is China’s Vanishing Muslims: Undercover In The Most Dystopian Place In The World by Vice News. Link is here:
Governments and their thugs in the 20th century murdered 151 million from 1900 to 1987. For the whole of 20th century it was 256 million have been killed by government, that does not include wars would increase that by about another hundred million. The term for this is called democide. There's a website called killedbypolice.net that shows people who are killed by police, this democide is going in America as well.
According to Warning the District of Columbia, the police have no obligation to protect citizens.
Miriam Douglas was asleep early in the morning in the second floor rooming house along with her 4 year old daughter along with Carolyn Warren and Joan Taliaferro in the third floor of the house in Washington D.C. Two men, Marvin Kent and James Morse broken into the house and raped Douglas. While remaining quiet and hidden, Warren and Taliaferro called the police, expecting it to be burglary. D.C police received this call as a Code 2, call when a crime in progress is considered Code 1. Warren and Tailaferro saw police arrive through a window in the third floor. Police arrived 5 minutes later, one police officer drove behind the house and did not leave his car roll down his windows to check. Another officer approached the front door and after not receiving an answer, left. Warren and Tailaferro called the police again, requesting immediate help as intruders entered the home. This was recorded as an “investigate the trouble incident”, and officers were never dispatched. Thinking the police arrived, Warren and Tailaferro called from the third floor, this was heard by the intruders. The intruders, Kent and Morse preceded to kidnapped and were taken to Kent’s apartment, where the women where robbed and were raped for 14 hours.
The trial judges held that the police were under no specific legal duty to provide protection to the women and dismissed the complaints. In the DC court of appeals, it was determined that Warren and Teliaferro was owed special duty of care and reverse the trials. In a unanimous decision, the court also held that Douglas failed to fit within the class people in which a special duty was owed and affirmed the trial court's dismissal of her complaint.
The District of Columbia Metropolitan Police Department court stated “… courts have without exception concluded that when a municipality or other governmental entity undertakes to furnish police services, it assumes a duty only to the public at large and not to individual members of the community.”
As recently as the Clinton administer, the Supreme Court upheld that ruling. If you are in an emergency situation, and you call 911, and the police never show up, you have can’t sue the police, proving that you are responsible for your own protection. The police are not there to protect you. It makes you wonder what they are there for, I would argue they're there to extort, control, and make citizens do whatever the government wants them to do. That's really the only reason for police in any country ever and it's becoming more obvious in America.
The police response time is an average of five minutes, but in the matter of five minutes you're probably have already been accosted. Often police can't prevent crime because a lot can happen in five minutes, the criminal could escape. What they're doing is showing up after and reporting on what happened that doesn't really prevent crime, how to prevent crime is you stop it right in his tracks right where you are, so you have to be able to defend yourself.
The number one way to defend yourself is to be a honest, loving, and peaceful person, this will prevent you from encounter scenarios that would attract violence into your life.
Owning a firearm and responsibly knowing how to use it can be helpful. Martial arts is useful in very close quarters combat, as well as providing health benefits especially, Tai Chi.
If you encounter a hostile person you believe may turn violent practice peaceful communications and verbal judo, this is an art. If you fight your enemies, even if you win, often times you will end up with injuries. The art of not fighting prevents this scenarios.
“The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.” Sun Tzu
Being alert of surroundings, watch out for suspicious activity or sudden movements. Practice mindfulness mediation, such as walking outside daily and simply observing your surroundings.
Attackers thrive on attacking clueless people, an aware person losses an opponents biggest advantage, the element of surprise. Stay away from areas where you feel uncomfortable, listening to your gut feeling will guide you away from harmful situations.
Another first and fourth violation is a Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that you can be arrested for filming the police, which is a first amendment right. It is always a right to film anyone who is in a public area. When you are in a public area, you agree to seen by others. It is always a right to film a police officer that is on duty. This right is being challenged everyday by certain factions within the government.
Another short bit of information is the TSA which is mostly responsible for airport “security”, they have a 95% failure according to their called red test studies. These are studies that TSA does on themselves to make sure that their security works and they fail 95% of their own studies and independent studies also show the same. They are completely failing at the job at making sure that nothing problematic happens at airports involving security such as hijacks.
A good number of people smart devices such as Alexa, smart TVs or even smartphones. What you say around your friends and family could be used against you in court if the NSA catches you saying something they don’t want you to say. Smart devices are always listening and even if they are turned off they are still listening, you should get rid of these devices or find another way to get rid of the cyber stalking features of these devices. There are pouches that you can put your phone into called Silent Pocket. To silence the speakerphone, use a Mic Lock. The NSA could suspect you for a crime for saying virtually anything. What you say can be used as a justification to raid your house or violate your rights. Certain keywords are looked for in NSA recording to find out if you are a terrorist or a criminal. You have the right to say what you want, unless you're legitimate threatening to hurt someone such as if you're pointing a gun at someone threatening to kill them. But if you were just joking about it wouldn't be a violation of natural law. Based on the belief you may commit a crime from what you have said or typed, the NSA can charge fines and arrest you.
There's also financial incentive for the government to spy on people, they will sell the information they collect to data collection agencies. There's a financial incentive for companies to collect data such as Amazon, and Google, are the two main big tech corporations that are part of surveillance grid and smart grid. Companies are paid by the government to spy on people, so there's financial incentive for a company to create hardware and software to spy. The NSA collects the faces of all citizens. They get this information from social media though if you're on social media, your license, or CCTV cameras at certain places like Walmart. The NSA also collects emails so if they found those keywords in your emails, there is some a list of words that could be deemed as terrorists by the NSA that are commonly used such as “trash”. This is easily avoidable, you can switch your email to a different providers, such as Proton Mail. Here are some more very common word as well like black, bag, veggie, bank, garbage, screws, domestic, passwords if you say these words enough the NSAs algorithms will start to suspect you might be a terrorist and they could show up at your door. This list, called PRISM, goes on for hundreds of words.
One of the whistleblowers (someone who is what works within an organization that exposes its secrets) of the NSA says that the ultimate goal of NSA is total population control because in order to control a population, you need to know everything that they're doing. He says he quit shortly after 911 because of how mass surveillance was ramped up after 9/11. 9/11 was one of the justifications for increased surveillance, policing, and the Patriot Act, which removed people’s freedom and many sufferend injustices under the guise of terrorism. Everything you search for on the internet or type is also recorded by the NSA, if you are not using a VPN.
A reason why police abuse is often not solved within the political system is that if police are sued and must be put under investigation, they investigate themselves. They can clear themselves of any wrongdoing because they claim that everything was according to protocol. Most of the time if police are held accountable for their actions, then taxpayers have to pay for the losses. Instead of police having to pay for their negligence and abuse, the taxpayers have to pay, they aren't financially held responsible. This is unlike a business if a business sold a bad product or service, then they're financially responsible because they will lose customers. The police aren’t financially held responsible because they're paid based off extortion, via taxes..
Police brutality even happens in schools. This is literally child abuse! In the references, I have videos of raids that go on and just horrible things that are done to children. Children are taught to obey the school police, unquestioningly. This is indoctrination! In, the Parkland shooting, the police officer didn't do anything to stop the mass shooters.
Schools environments model prisons. There are strict schedules, police guards, walls, fences, gates, ID, CCTV cameras, etc. In lower income areas, many students become prisoners. Children that are from these areas receive poor education, when the need it the most. Crime breeds in these areas because of lack of proper education and moral education in the youth. This children often grow up to be criminals and are throw into prison. If they grew up in a socially supportive environment with proper education on the principles of success, this would not occur! However, the government doesn’t care too much about low income areas as it extra criminals can benefit the corporations that profit from prison labor.
The country itself is basically being turned into a prison with increased militarization of the police and the mass surveillance, government is trying to turn the entire country into a prison. Children are being arrested for doing things such as like swearing or even drawing a picture of a cross or saying a prayer or drawing a gun or drawing on the desk saying I love my friends and other activities that children do. Children are charged with crimes, arrested, and put in jail.
One solution is vigilantes, which are people who fight crime in the moment when it happens and they solve the crime. What's effective about this is it stops the crime immediately. So it's effective and immediate, unlike police which show up five minutes later. Vigilantes have a great history of working in America. There wasn't many law enforcement in the so called Wild West, which is a complete myth. Settlers and Native Americans got along well until the federal government became interested in conquering Native American tribes. Vigilantes where effective in keeping the peace and areas where there was high crime and it helped resolve that. And there was no law enforcement, there was just vigilantes and people who, when there was a problem with crime, people would stop it and then they would go back to their daily lives. There was no class of people who would try to solve crimes and then when they when there was no crime to solve, then they would start creating crimes or steal money from the people. This didn’t happened. That's not what true vigilantes did. There were some who had a misunderstanding of natural law and would violate people, but I'm talking about true vigilantes here.
According to The Not So Wild West, Terry Anderson and P.J Hill argues the West was not as choatic as many would believe. In the west before the government was involved with expanding the United States, the relationship between the settlers and the natives were peaceful until the federal government started getting involved. That's what caused all the wars in the west and the conflicts. Settlers and natives got along far more often than most think. If you just watch western movies, your may think that . The issue was that federal police came involved and was disturbing the peace so they actually caused more crime and more violence in the presence of police in the western towns.
Here are some alternatives to police that can be used to protect individuals, property and communities:
Here’s a great example of how vigilante justice can work in the world. The small town 600 people called San Francisco over a short period of time, it turned into a city of 200,000. Due to the gold rush in California. The city was growing so rapidly that citizens couldn't keep up with the growing crime in San Francisco. A group of people formed a vigilante group called the Committee of Vigilance to stop the crime. Crime was lowed and even corrupt officials were tried for crimes. After this group formed and did their activities, and when the group was dissolved, only a couple of hundred people who were in charge of stopping the crime in the city. Crime was very low for about 10 years. There was essentially no police in the city either. San Francisco grew into a very large city of what is today. And the one of the reasons San Francsico grew into a large and prosperous city was they made sure that the crime and corruption was dealt with.
Vigilantes work for a certain time and they do not go looking for crimes. Often times police try to find crime where there isn’t any. Police use civil asset forfeiture and ticket quotas to raise their salaries. Vigilantes don't have quotas. True vigilantes don't work for the state and they don’t extort money from people or arrest for bogus crimes. They exist solely to stop crime, whether it's from private citizens or the state.
You can be armed yourself. An armed populace is called a militia, which is not the National Guard. The militia is the people which is everyone in the entire country, having the right to bear arms and one of the most effective ways to stop crime is to be able to defend yourself. Firearms are an effective way to stop attackers before they can get their hands on you. One of the most effective ways to stop crime is to stop it right in its tracks at the moment. You can do this by being responsibly armed.
Neighborhood watches are a great idea. and they go back all the way to Colonial America. The idea behind a neighborhood watch is to simply make sure you neighbors are doing well. This is not stalking or snooping in on people. A neighbor watch is a group of people who check up on neighbors in a respectful way. A watch can be created in neighborhood, just people who are report and who walk around just making sure things going right the neighborhood. If you felt compelled you could walk street armed (preferable concealed). Helping you neighbors and say hello can help foster a harmonious community. You can learn verbal judo and non-violent communication to deal with most conflicts.
Police can consider being private police officers. This job is almost identical to what a police officer would do on a daily basis, so police can easily switch carrers. But the difference between the police and security officers is the security officers get paid when they do good work in the community instead of police where they get paid no matter what work they do, if it's good or it's bad, they get paid either way. Security officers and private police are actually held accountable for their actions. Unlike the policing system right now, private police they would only be allowed to do things that normal citizens could do, so they couldn't do things such as arrest people for stupid reasons.
The reason you should be concerned all this is you have to remember that if you pay taxes that you are funding a program which can be used against you, you could have your property damaged, or you could be thrown in jail for the rest of your life. So this can actually affect you, you can be going about your day and you could legally be stolen from, raped, or killed by police. The militarization of police, whether you realize it or not, it isn't for your safety. It's for control and extortion. You may argue “Why I don't see all this going on around me.” Well, just because you don't see it around you doesn't mean it's not happening elsewhere.
There's a concept by David Ike called the totalitarian tiptoe. You may not be aware of the small but incremental decreases in your rights. You won't be aware of it until it's too late unless you pay attention to political affairs. The government makes small little steps to become more tyrannical, so small that those steps are imperceptible. If people started to realize that the government was becoming tyrannical too quickly, then people would do something about and stop it. They make small steps so that no one will be bothered about the decrease in freedom and so no one can see it.
One of the most effective ways to stop this surveillance and police brutality is to not say anything to the police. And if you get stopped, I would recommend go into a busy parking lot and record them. For my understanding, the best solution to deal with police from videos I've seen is to never talk to them ever because what you say can be used against you in court. You could be punished either with fines or with legal repercussions.
The NSA is also keeping track of your credit card purchases. If you purchase certain items such as the anarchist cookbook and or even large quantities of very common household items you could actually be under suspicion of eventually committing a crime. and you could be perceived as a terrorist because a lot of household items can be used to make guns, bombs, poisons, etc. Use cash, it is difficult to track. Another benefit is some services are cheaper with cash. When doing transactions without cash, make sure that you don’t have your phone on you without it being in a silent pocket otherwise the transaction will be recorded by audio.
Stop giving your financial support to the companies that are assisting in the police state and surveillance state as much as you can. This companies include Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, and Amazon If you can try to avoid paying taxes and government fees as much as possible.
In order to avoid the surveillance state. Don't have an Alexa or similar devices, make sure that you use a VPN. Use a browser such as Brave on your phone and computer. Use an alternative search engine to Google, such as duckduckgo.
