Fasting

Fasting is a practice that has been almost forgotten in most of the Western world. Fasting is practiced by many cultures and religions to this day. Buddhist, Muslims, some Christians, Indians, Jews all practiced fasting. Fasting generally means not eating and drinking water. People eat whenever they feel hungry, not when they actually are. People don’t eat to live, they live to eat! They give their digestive system no break! We aren’t meant to eat all the time, if we had to eat all the time or we would be nutrition deficient, our ancestors never would have survived! Fasting isn’t just for weight loss. have you ever noticed when you are sick, you don’t want to eat? Fasting improves brain function by producing nootriopics. These nootropics have massive benefits with no drawbacks! Fasting is safe for most people, however I would recommend that you slowly increase the amount of time you fast each day until you fast as long as you feel comfortable. If you are trying to lose weight and have excess fat, I recommend fasting longer than you are comfortable, the good stress of fasting on the body well help burn fat. You can’t gain weight if you don’t eat!

 

I personally used to fast 22-23 hours a day and only eat one meal a day and I never got sick or a mental illness, it might sound crazy, but I didn't gained or loss weight in a 2 years and I have had blood tests and after changing my diet to be more balanced, I have no nutritional deficiencies! Fasting feels amazing and seems to increase energy and reduce brain fog, from my personal experience.

 

Fast or don't fast. I would certainly give it a try, just slowly increase the amount you do it each day. When fasting, when you break it, break it with raw fruits and vegetables, preferable organic. It is also a good idea to do a parasite cleanse before to make sure you don't go insane with food cravings. Get rid of an expectation of a meal and cover up clocks and only set alarms for what you need to do if that helps you get off thinking what time it is.
