Here are some things you can do to feel good (or at least better). These are personal and you can try them out as well. You can also create your own list :).
Laugh (even better if you deep it deeply, note, you don't need to laugh at something).
Pet your pet.
Do EFT (as needed, especially useful if you are feeling bad).
The Sedona Method (as needed, especially useful if you are feeling bad)
Listen to your favorite song
Dance (can also do by yourself)
Sing (can do by yourself or in shower)
Remember positive memories
Make a happy place in the mind
Focus on your Definite Chief Aim.

Watch thoughts causing negative emotions then see them as outside of me as another person, then throw that person away.
Just relax and open my being to the spiritual energy for infinite love and enthusiasm
If you are taking life to serious or worrying, think of death. (You realize it doesn't ultimately matter)
Throw shoulders back, smile on face, upright posture, look slightly up, bounce in step. Raise arms up high. (I call the Merry March) In this, you can say, I'm happy, I'm healthy, I'm terrific or any other affirmation you'd like.
Make a triumphant or positive pose.
Affirmations (on YT playlist Brainwaves and Meditation) especially victory alpha affirmations
Look straight up
Do Core body exercises
Dream Build (look at what you desire).
Take a shower or bath and clean yourself
Visualize problems to be smaller that they are, see yourself comically shrinking them down the a shrink ray may help.
Drop negative thoughts out of the mind like dropping things off the boat of your mind into the sea to be dissolved and washed away forever.
Visualize peaceful nature scenes
Repeat serenity or tranquility in a slow and peaceful way, can also combine with seeing nature scenes.
ASMR (especially positive affirmations or GFE
Sungazing (at your own risk)
Be in awareness
relax body, muscles, mind, and don't forget tongue.
Review Highlights and Victories, release on them and and improve on them, then release and ask the universe for a better experience.
Look at your favorite animals.
If you have too much to do: Turn it over to the manager who will always do what you say right away (image manger managing a team of millions to help me get things done) and place mat (give it to the universe to do list if you have things to do that you didn't get done that day that you want done)
Place mat is also good if you just didn't get everything you want done today, but no negative feelings of overwhelment
Pivot emotions, use "bad" feelings to focus on what you want
Stand up with feet flat and bend forward with head down and stretch.
If thinking obsessive and negative thoughts, imagine the thoughts being said by a bug and encourage it to speak until it has nothing left to say. Say cancel cancel and squash the bug, then think of a positive thoughts to replace the thought. (if you think I am fat, say I am a healthy weight, but make it a positive thought you can believe in) OR just say to yourself or in your mind "Cancel Cancel", then feel relaxed and be confident that any negative effect has been neutralized.
